Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide users with information about actions taken against their content or account.

7. Reporting Content

If you believe that an announcement violates these Terms or applicable law, you may report it to us using our available reporting or contact mechanisms.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the Platform for maintenance, security, technical improvements, or other operational reasons.

11. User-Generated Announcements

Announcements published by users represent the views and information of the users who publish them.

They do not necessarily represent the views of ComCom.

We do not guarantee that user-published announcements are accurate, complete, current, or reliable.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request deletion of your account where available.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice and information regarding the reasons for such action.

Certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after termination where their nature requires them to survive termination.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
